Horrible dryer

We just bought this dryer and it’s been nothing but disappointing. We are drying loads three times. The lint screen is clean, vent hose clear, tried numerous settings, smaller loads but it still can’t dry things the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my new jumbo capacity dryer. Ease to use programing. Excellent drying with less wrinkles...Can load pillows and blankets with extreme ease. Will buy a electrolux washer when its time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just assumed the drum would have a light. NO DRUM LIGHT. The lint basket has to be opened by pushing a tab. I have MILD arthritis in my fingers and find this very challenging.
