I bought this almost 3 months ago took almost 2 months to get but well worth the wait. Good price for it. I got the one without so many features on it but I like it and it works really well for me

I bought both washer and dryer about a month ago. It has very nice digital features and water conservation abilities. It also washes and dries the clothing thoroughly. You will not regret this purchase.

Noisy!!

This is the dryer that matches the washer with vibration/noise control that is supposed to be good for second floor installation. I never imagined the dryer would be so loud! It makes a very pronounced, rapid "thunka-thunka-thunka" noise. I actually called the dealer because I thought something had happened during delivery to caused the drum to be unbalanced. The authorized repairman told me that the sound was normal. Also said that "it might get better as the ball bearings wear down". Or "it might be the seam on the drum hitting something, but that was normal". Get better when the ball bearings wear down?!? I'm not mechanic, but bearings that wear down are ball bearings that are shot and no longer functioning. The dryer this unit replaced made a gentle "whoosh" sound when it was running. The dryer is on the third floor and I can hear the "thunk thunka" noise all the way downstairs. As for the performance, it works but takes longer to dry clothes than my old one, and needs to be on the highest setting. "Regular" setting consistently left clothes damp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes it doesnt dry all the way but it's really quiet. I wish it had a setting for smaller loads. But I love the button features.

I'd been hesitant to purchase a new washer and dryer, fearful of being overwhelmed by the "high-tech" of a new washer and dryer.
