Not great for smaller loads

It larger loads well, and I appreciate the settings of wrinkle free and eco friendly. I wish there was a way to select/set my own dry time as I sometimes need a little bit more than the programmed setting. Smaller loads are a pain as all the clothes just gather in the window and I think it defeats the purpose of saving energy to run it more than you need to just to dry a small load.

Hi, Pyt_1983! I can imagine your concern. If the piling up only happens on small loads, try adding a couple of larger items to help balance the load. If this doesn't seem to help, please contact us directly to schedule a service visit. We may be able to replace the drum vane with a larger one to prevent this issue. I purchased this dryer a few weeks ago and I am completely happy with everything about it. It is quiet, has multiple options, is energy saving and fits well in the unique space I have. I purchased the front loading Electrolux washing machine as well, and I have them in the stacked configuration.
