[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a short time ago, and find it more difficult to use than my old one. The door doesn't have a handle, just a finger hole at the bottom of the door, and I scrape my knuckles every time I open it. It is hard to see where to push the buttons, even when I wear my glasses. I have put stickers on the spots you have to push so I can find them easier. I am writing that I would not recommend, only because there isn't a maybe choice. I also would like to find a microwave that opens left to right, not right to left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works fine, but they digital controls make little sense. In order to use most of the controls, you have to pull out the manual to determine what setting to use for the particular item being prepared. Unless, of course, you have a photographic memory.

Perfect microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement microwave, and it is a bit different from others we have had. The "tone" is very high pitch, and my husband cannot even hear it, but I love it. I wish it had a potato option but other than that it is just what we need.
