I've just installed the chair and sat for 10 minutes! I'll know what I think after a couple weeks using it! How can you ask this early after getting the product? You do see the purchase date I put on Registration, AND the Warranty registration didn't have the exact Chair I purchased. Also, the box nor the documentation even had a Product number on it??? So ask me a few weeks again, and i'll give an honest answer.

I just received the chair but so far it is comfortable and offers the back support I have been looking for. I like the reclining feature with it as well as the Bluetooth.
