I love this product. My children are able to post pictures of the grandchildren when they take them and not when I can get with them to upload on a chip. I constantly see new pictures that they have added. Worth the cost? Don't since mine was a gift but I have since ordered 3 to give to family members.

Beautiful Display

The most striking thing you'll notice about the Aura Frame is the crisp display. Your pictures will look as sharp as on your phone, but on a 9" display. The graphite frame is very esthetic too. The frame looks solid, but in reality it is lightweight, for better or worse. This can lead it to tip over if your kid tries to touch the screen like an iPad (it's not touchscreen of course). The app is easy to use so far. That's the main reason I decided to buy this frame. So I can upload pictures on the app, and my mom can see the new pictures at her home. Customer service is friendly and expedient. The first frame I received was defective (pixelated and flickering), but they sent out a new replacement quickly and I received it 2 days later. Overall, a beautiful product.

This is my second Aura frame. Bought one for myself because I loved the one I gave my husband. Set up and selecting pictures is easy and fast. I highly recommend an Aura frame. It gives endless enjoyment and happiness! Well worth it! Enjoy---I am!

My experience was great. My frame came quickly and I was able to give it as a gift fully loaded. As we self isolated here, it is great to keep in touch with family.
