Gift set up was not smooth.

I purchased this for three grandparents and when they received it non of the messaging or pictures were pre loaded. I was under the impression it was all connected once they connected to WiFi, but it proved to be difficult and confusing for all three of them. Once they had someone there to help them we had to create new frames for two of them and overall it was a dossapointing gift giving experience for grandparents far away. However they do love it now.

Easy to set up and use - great gadget

This was a gift to my out-of-state parents who do not get to see the family that much these days. It was a total hit -- all the kids and grandkids have been able to use the Aura app to upload photos to their frame, and even my parents have been able to upload their own batches. Awesome execution on this digital frame!

I love it it is the greatest thing I get to see all the pictures on my phone that I never would Do anything with now I can see them .My family and friends share pictures of my grandkids.I bought one for each of my kids and mom . And it made the perfect wedding gift I would recommend this.

Best Christmas present EVER!

With children living all over the country I absolutely love my Aura frame. I love that my kids can upload my grandchildren’s pictures and I can upload memories as I clean out closets of my family memories. I’ve taken pictures of my grand children’s artwork and send it to my Aura frame. I’ve taken pictures of hundred-year-old photos of my great grandparents and I have taken pictures of treasures, like a teddy bear my husband bought me when at 18 I left for college. I couldn’t keep the bear forever but now he is forever on my Aura frame! Buy it for your parents and I promise they’ll think it’s the best gift ever!

My brothers and I purchased the Aura Frame Sawyer for our mother. She is 88 and loves receiving new pictures and keeping up to date with the family travels. It is an excellent gift for someone who loves to stay in touch.The app is easy to use and everyone keeps contributing because it is simple to do. The quality of the picture display is great and the frame is very attractive. Overall, we feel that we purchased a gift that will keep on giving!!
