I bought the Mason frame after reading reviews for the bigger frame. Loading pictures is easy, although I have had issues loading some of my jpeg files. Invites for family and friends is a plus. I do wish the cropping feature had more options as it doesn’t always allow me to display my entire picture. This product has many fine features and is far easier to use than the previous frames I have owned. I would have preferred the larger frame had reviews been better.

Our mom absolutely loves the Aura frame! She says it makes her feel like her loved ones are right there with her. She is a widow & we upload pictures of our dad as well as pics from our childhood which she loves. It’s a great way for her to keep up with the travels & activities of her kids & grandkids, especially those who don’t live close by. Lately she is seeing lots of her first great-grand-child! Thank you for a wonderful product.

We bought the frame because family was moving out of state and it’s a good way to Keep in touch. I do wish you could add short videos but other than that it works great.

I absolutely love my new Aura frame! What is beyond cool is that my daughter-in-law can upload pictures of my grandkids directly to the frame! I am always getting wonderful surprises of new pictures

I love these frames! They make it easy to upload photos and the picture are clear. Gone are the days of sorting my photos and deleting bad ones! I can just choose the good ones now and move on!

The Aura frame keeps my family close to me. We all have photos that are fun, but not particularly great— that we probably would not bother to print. I just love that the fun photos as well as life’s profound moments circulate through and keep family and friends close to my memory daily!

We love this frame. This frame is very easy to set up. The picture quality is excellent. It’s easy to crop and position portrait mode photos within the application so that they work in landscape mode. By having all the photos uploaded to their server it makes it really fast to select photos for viewing. Its also easy to de-select photos that we decide we don’t want on the frame. I don’t see that the privacy issue is a big deal — my photos are already on ICloud, so I personally don’t feel having them at Aura is any different. One surprise I had is that the screen is always on whether anyone is in the room or not. Any time the light is off at night the frame goes off, but because the room is light in the daytime, the frame is always on. This may be a feature, not a bug, as I often sit quietly reading but like to look up and look at a picture. This wouldn’t be possible if the frame went off because of no movement in the room.
