My purchase of an Aura frame for my parents

Overall great with a slight hiccup. When I purchased it online and set it up on my phone to add photos and invite, thinking when my Dad opened it all the photos family sent would load, but they didn’t. I had to reset it up on my Dad’s phone and reinvite family through his phone, then it worked great and has continued to work! Can add photos at anytime and we can see what photos family has added!! I can even delete duplicates if needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is what the family gets for gifts, period! It allows multiple people to log in and manage photos or send photos to a frame do that mom can see what is going on or what the vacation is like. My only complaint is not having a web app. I manage all my photos on google photos and on a computer, so it would be helpful to have an interface that is a little more full featured on a real web browser.

Great gift

The frame is great as a gift for my senior parents. They are not able to travel and their grand kids and great grand kids are spread out all over the country, now they can see pictures of all the little one without the kids needing to print and mail. My parents are not into social media or technology but love this frame

How much would u spend to make your parents happy? This was over priced compared to other options, but it was simple enough, good looking enough and we can control it from afar. No more explaining how to find pictures we text or email...

The Grandparents Absolutely Love It!

We all pitched in to purchase the Aura frame for our parents for Christmas. They have 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren and are seeing new photos of their babies every day. The setup was relatively easy. I had completed the online gift setup, so there was some confusion when the frame didn’t start running right out of the box. We had put a lot of thought into our gift message, but they never received it. Once it was up and running, it has provided them with glimpses into our daily lives. When ever any one of us speaks with them, we hear how much they are enjoying it! This has to be one of the best joint gifts we have ever purchased for them...I would highly recommend the Aura frame!

Great service, gave this as a gift to my dad in prep for his first granddaughter. The picture quality is great and the whole family has had fun sending new pictures
