Once set up it is convenient and a pleasure to use. It took us a while trying to set it up for our own own household - I intended it s a gift for my wife but she didn't find it easy to set up and I had to intervene as I had set up an account for myself

Love this frame. Our kids love it more. They love to see themselves and revisit all sorts of special memories. And it’s great to keep family and friends who aren’t nearby in your daily lives. That being said it did break when a diplomat block hit the screen…so this is a replacement. But my kid was so sad about it breaking he asked Santa for a new one.
