Hard to Set Up

not very good. I purchased two frames from one order when I went into the app it only has the order number it doesn’t show which serial number is which. When you set it up through the QR code, it has the serial number listed. Please consider that many people will purchase more than one, and you need some sort of distinguishing fact.

This has been such an amazing gift! So many photos get forgotten on someone’s phone or computer. We have loved remembering all of the great memories that everyone has shared through their pictures and staying connected as each family member shares new memories too!

My favorite gift!!

We got an Aura frame a few years ago and have loved it!! It's the most beautiful way to display updated photos. Everyone always loves looking at them...especially the kids! It's incredibly high quality and high resolution and it has an intuitive and easy to use app.
I've gotten Aura frames as gifts for all of our family members and for a umber of clients. Seriously my favorite go-to gift!

Great gift for new grandparents

We have so many pictures to share of our first baby and giving this to both sets of grandparents was a great gift! The option to set it up prior to giving them the gift was also great, as our parents are not that tech-savvy and all we had to do was download the app on their phone and show them how to upload photos if they wanted to.
The only reason for four stars is that the navigation panel is not as intuitive for just any user - playing/stopping video, moving to the next picture, etc. is not as easy as the instructions share. It's a small panel on the top-most part of the frame, so if the frame is face-level on a shelf or bar-counter, it is hard to use.
