It was a gift and I did not do the start-up myself, but adding or deleting photos and receiving them from others works very well. My Aura Photo Frame is an important part of my life!

I had to replace my Aura. When I received my new Aura, a representative was able to transfer all my existing photos on my old Aura to my new one as well as the previously authorized members. It was a very seamless process. Awesome customer service!

Great product but needs better algorithms

We love the aura and have more than one… The only weakness is the software which does not mix up the photos in the best way possible… With technology today seems like it could be an easy fix and an update

These frames are great! My daughter gave me one for my birthday a few years ago and I love it! It’s the first thing I see in the morning and the pictures always get my day off to a good start! I just bought two to give to my kids and my daughter in law bought one for her parents because I love mine so much!

This our 2nd unit. Easy to set up and cool display. Instead of having a folder of photos in my wood shop this is far more classy and easy to scan through for visitors.

Fabulous frame for Mom!

This frame is incredibly easy to set up and to load new pictures. It also allows you to invite other people to load pictures which is terrific. I set this up for my 90-year-old mom at her nursing home and it is just the apple of her eye. Everyone that comes in the room, quizzes her about all the different pictures and she just adores being able to explain to people who’s who. It is just so easy to use.

Aura was purchased as a first anniversary gift to give. I received the frame on time and was able to leave a message on the screen for the recipients! They loved it!
