Excellent Digital Picture Frame

The picture frame and app are easy to navigate. They provide a wonderful opportunity to showcase digital photos that would rarely, if ever, get seen. We bought 2 and gave one as a gift. They make a wonderful gift because you can program pictures in, through the app, for someone else!

Great until it wasn't . Stopped working after 3 years. Need a new power cable before I get rid of the frame where do I get a replacement cable.

Customer Service Does NOT Exist - Frame Not Working

I keep trying to get help with a gift frame and it is completely impossible! All the pictures people uploaded are not on the frame and we cannot figure out how to access them. There is no one to talk. They just keep referring me to articles that are not helpful! Click on the 3 dots and add the gift code. Well when I click on the 3 dots this is not given as an option.
