I LOVE my Aura frame. It was a Christmas gift from my son and daughter-in-law last Christmas. I’m not a very tech minded person at 75, but within 20 minutes after they left Christmas Day, I had my frame up and running. It was so easy to install and start loading pictures. My 1st grandchild, their baby was born the end of January and my frame keeps me connected to him and all my family and friends. It was just the best gift ever. Several family members have Aura frames and it makes it so easy to share pictures as they go right to our frames. Aura frames ROCK!

I love the aura frame. We have bought several gifts for families and it continues to be a hit. Easy to use app and lets us enjoy all our photos constantly. Our toddler loves to see all the pictures of family!

I have been very frustrated with the manner in which a customer needs to seek help. I left a message and have been frustrated by the inability/unwillingness, of customer to not respond. I’m at my wits end and I don’t know what to do. I have one or a frame that doesn’t work and one that I bought to replace it and I can’t get it set up service to respond

We just love our Aura frames! After giving one to my husband for his birthday, we enjoyed it so much that we got another one for Grandma. Now she can see photos of all of her grandkids every time she walks into her kitchen!
