My favorite Gift EVER!

I so love this frame. My son and DIL got it for me for mothers day and I absolutely love it. It sits on desk and always makes me smile as i catch short videos or pix of my kids and grand daughter.

It was great! However when I realized I got the wrong size and needed the Walden that is where I am disappointed. I wanted to return my purchase in exchange for the Walden (which is more expensive) but the person helping me said I could not get the same discount. That does not make sense to me at all. I would be paying more so you would still be making a profit. Also, a phone call would be better than online. Not everyone likes the computer to talk.
