Setting it up has been easy, and just having the seamless interface between my iPad, & Iphone to download photos has been great. I've even bought another one as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family.

I worked with you guys to try to get into my account via my laptop. That didn't workout, still can't. Talking to a live person might have worked it out but getting an answer for help 3-6 hours later isn't the answer.

Amazing! Our Aura frame shipped faster than we expected initially. We loved that we could set it up before hand as a gift so it was ready to go once they recieved it. Highly recommend!
