Bringing Family Together

I love this product! I bought this last year for Xmas for a couple of family members. We have all loved it. Even the grandparents can add photos. We bought a few more for other relatives this Xmas. It’s like we are all in town together.

Suggestion for integration with photos library

Overall very good. We gave it to my parents for Christmas and they love it. The only negative part was that I wanted my siblings to join and add photos of their own, and as soon as they read that deleting a photo in the Aura app would also delete it from their photo library, they did not trust the app and didn’t want to download and use it. I showed them that they could remove photos from the frame without deleting them, and that you have to be viewing your own library and actually take several steps before you would ever get to the option of actually permanently deleting a photo, but they didn’t like that the Aura app had anything more than read access to the photos library. I tend to agree.Also, I was hoping that by sharing photos through Aura, my family would be able to download photos they wanted from the frame to their own photo library to keep. I would like to have the option to grant others permission to download and save photos I’ve shared with them. The way it looks now, they’ll see a photo they like and want, and then I’ll have to send it to them separately, which is a nuisance. Other than that, the idea is awesome, the frame is very nice looking, and the app is easy to use.

This was a gift to grandparents and it has been great. So easy to set up and use, and so easy to share photos. Wish I would have purchased this for them years ago!

My mom is always complaining about not printing pictures from her phone or not hanging them up on the wall. This was the perfect gift! It’s a great accent to the living room. The app is super user friendly. Set up was a little bit of a hassle, but I think that may have been my error.
