It's a nice frame but we only had it for a year and a half before it wouldn't turn on. Your customer service said it was out of warranty so we were out of luck. We bought another one cause our grandson's pictures were on it so I don't think we would recommend it to someone else. It's too expensive to have it break within a year and a half of use!

Great. I love the quality and features of this digital frame. I have gifted them to my children and friends who have received them with great appreciation.
One of my own older frame stopped working. The customer support was very responsive and easy to communicate with and found a very good resolution to the issue.
I highly recommend this product.

Perfect way to share photos privately

LOVE aura frames. This is a perfect way to share photos of the grandkids with family without having to resort to instagram or any other social media platform. It’s so easy to upload photos directly from my phone and so far, haven’t had any issues with space so not sure if there is a max limit but so far, have been able to upload as much as I want. My mom and MIL love seeing these photos everyday.
