Love these frames for my family

The week we received these frames, we went on vacation and I was immediately able to share pictures with my mom. The quality of the pictures is beautiful. The ease of operation is super easy. So happy we purchased. I’ve been telling everyone about them!

Excellent product. Instead of pictures sitting on my phone or in books, I now see them every day. My husband & I tend to watch it more than the TV. We love revisiting the great memories!!

Love my Aura frame with some reservations

I purchased this frame as a replacement for one that started flickering when it was four years old. I had an issue with it not turning on about one year ago, which was fixed with a new power cord that I received for free. I considered that to be excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this problem couldn't be fixed, and although I received a generous discount, I'm disappointed in the longevity of the product. I also preferred the style of my old frame, which isn't available now.

I received the “Mason” Aura Frame as a gift in 2022. I had no idea what it was. After a quick tutorial, I had family photos streaming by my eyes and changing every 15 seconds. My heart soared! I invited my 2 daughters and their spouses to add photos via email. Next thing I know I’m watching my grandson grow up from an infant to now age 3. I love that I can set the frame to shuffle the photos randomly OR have them stream by in chronological order. I recently had my Grandson over for 5 days (by himself- for the first time) and he loved seeing himself, his parents (and dog) flash by. It helped with his separation anxiety. I also love the fact that videos will play automatically and if I touch the side, I can hear the audio. My family doesn’t live close, and they frequently add new photos. It makes my husband I feel like they are here with us and we are participating in their lives as if we were there. BEST GIFT EVER ❤️
