My Third Frame

We love our Aura frames! We just purchased our third one for different rooms in our house and we are planning to purchase more for gifts this year for our parents. They are so easy to install, add pictures and add other family members to have access and add photos a novice with technology would feel comfortable adding photos. We also had one frame quit working after 10 months and Aura replaced it at no cost within a few days. When we received the replacement with a few simple steps and in a couple minutes all the photos were on the replacement frame. We have had a great experience with Aura frames and will continue to purchase more frames in the future.

This Aura frame is so wonderful! It’s a delight to walk by the frame and see so many memories displayed so beautifully. We have recommended them to our friends as a way to get the thousands of pics off your phone and into a frame where they can be relived and enjoyed.

I love the Aura frame. It’s easy to use and easy to share pictures with other Aura frames. It’s fun to look at each picture that pops up. A great conversation piece! I highly recommend this product!!

Great, the frame was delivered quickly and was very easy to set up. Love how I get to see pictures all the time in a large clear frame instead of the little phone.

My frame of a few years suddenly stopped working. Aura customer service and specifically Ebony was really helpful. She facilitated me obtaining a new frame for the cost of repairing it ( the frame was long out of warranty ). Then she assisted with transferring the old photos and gave me directions to delete the old frame. I have been very happy with the customer service overall
