I love the picture clarity of my new frame. There’s a noticeable difference over the quality of the old display. That being said, I was disappointed that problems with my first Aura could not be resolved. I don’t plan to replace a frame every 3-4 years, so being built to last is important to me.

A gift that keeps giving

This is a gift for a 60th wedding anniversary. It was easy to set up, I found it easy to add pictures, other family members are adding pictures. When the gift is opened and plugged in, it will have wonderful memories of time together over the years. And we can add pictures as life and adventures continue.

Great gift for grandma

Hi
I have tried digital frames over the years and they have not been easy to use and then go in a drawer. The Aura frame is dead simple to set up and to have your friends and family drop in pictures from their phones. My mom loves getting surprises show up from grandkids and kids everyday.

We needed to replace our Aura as it had stopped working. Initially Aura walked us through a resetting strategy. But that did not work. Aura then sent us a discount code to purchase a new Aura. We were told how to send our photos to them to be saved and returned when we received the new Aura Frame. The process was so easy and we are pleased to be able to view our photos on our new frame.

Aura (specifically Eric in Customer Service) was so helpful. Our original frame stopped working and it was out of warranty. Eric helped me select a new frame and moved all my photos to the new frame. So simple and helpful.
