I had an old Aura frame that had developed an issue. I contacted the company and although they could not fix the issue they did make it possible for me to replace the original frame, easily and with little customer input. Fast service, delivery and new frame is excellent quality.

We love this frame, it’s so easy to use and we can see all the thousands of digital photos we take more now! We bought after our parents received one as a gift. Highly recommend!
