Loved this gift so much, ended up buying for bunch of others

I received this as gift from my wife after she saw one a friend had. I loved it! I went through all of our digital pictures going back to when the kids and dogs were young and all that has happened since then. We placed the frame in our kitchen and it comes on automatically whenever the lights are on. Everyone ends up looking at it and smiling as they see one great memory after another. Loved it so much, I ended up splurging on family and employee gifts so they could enjoy the frames as well. Yes, I love it!

Great gift, but gift options do not work as expected

I bought an Aura frame as a gift for my aunt and had issues with the gift setup. Let me start by saying she absolutely loves her Aura frame! It is a great way to keep her connect with the family through photos even though she lives hundreds of miles away. The quality of the pictures is amazing, and she is constantly getting compliments on her frame. However, I was very disappointed with the gift feature Aura offers with their frames. One of the reasons I chose Aura over other competitors was the option to set up the frame as a gift. All my aunt would have to do is plug in her frame to find her pictures with a nice note. Unfortunately, this setup never worked after two weeks of emails back and forth with Aura. The customer service was very prompt and friendly, but they were never able to help me use the gift set up. After multiple attempts, they just said it was a known problem, there was no known solution, but the frame should work as expected. I am pleased with the product, but be aware before purchasing as a gift and expecting the gift services offered.

Very easy to set up and the end result is perfect. We gave this to our parents who live states away and added other family members to the account so we can add all photos of grandkids. They absolutely love it!

What a great product! The screen is crisp and uploading photos is very easy. I purchased this frame for my parents as a Christmas gift and they have enjoyed it every day since. They love getting updated photos of their granddaughter and I love how easy it is the share the photos with them at the end of the day. I would definitely purchase another frame in the future.

This was a gift for my mom and it has been perfect. My siblings and I can add our own photos to the frame from anywhere. This way she is always seeing new pictures of grandkids and family as soon as they happen!

Wonderful gift for both set of grandparents! They feel like they are with us. The platform is extremely easy to use and add photos to (iPhone) and is integrated even within iPhotos. Want one for us!
