Excellent experience with the frame itself and from the support staff at the Help Desk. Eric was outstanding in helping me set up my moms frame with greeting and preloaded hundreds of great grandkids photos/videos. I managed a worldwide database help desk and the support provided by the Aura Help Desk was second to none. Thanks again and a special shout out to Eric!! Best Mothers Day present ever!!

The PERFECT gift

I got this for my mom and it was absolutely perfect. I was able to set it up without opening the frame so by the time she opened the gift all the pictures were already on there.
I’ve invited my sister and we both regularly add photos now

Awesome, I got an Aura Frame for my mother that lives in a different state and it was the perfect gift! She loved it, highly recommended. Easy to set up, looks nice, and got delivered quickly!
