Fantastic product. Super easy setup for me and my non-tech-savvy mother. Super simple app and dead easy to upload photos to it from the phone. Also great as a gift since you can preload photos with family and friends, and invite them to upload photos on an ongoing basis too. Highly recommend!

It was soooo easy to set up and my mom loves it! I was worried she wouldn’t know how to add the pictures and she called right away to say she added over 160 pictures!

Nice product but poorly designed gift option

I think the actual picture frames are nice and it’s great to see the photos in your home. But there is my second frame purchased as a gift, and each time the gift giving process has been hard to understand and work properly. Aura emails you a separate code that you have to give to the receiver of the gift on your own. Why doesn’t that code come with the frame in some way (electronically or otherwise)? But then even after the receiver does set up their frame, Aura provides no notice or confirmation that things were set up properly. Seems like little things in paying attention to the user experience would go a long way in improving the product. I bought the first one well over a year ago and the second one this month, and it seems like there has been no improvement in the process during that time. Disappointing.

I was given my 1st frame as a gift. I could not have been more pleased. I had ordered another bigger name and returned it. My Aura's picture quality surpassed the others. I now have ordered 2 more as gifts. I do hope a larger option will be available in the future but for now. I am a Aura fan.

I do not yet have my own Aura, but have gotten 3 family members an Aura. It is so easy to share photos with family. I have had no issues with the App and it is easy to keep track of each frame in 1 app. The picture quality is great as well.

What a great gift!

I purchased this for my mother for Mother's Day and am so impressed with it! It came quickly and was in excellent condition. It was so easy to get the app installed and it works perfectly. My entire family has been submitting pictures and videos and I have to say, that was probably the best gift my mother has ever gotten. She cried! :-)
