Great gift and product!

We ordered an Aura frame for my mother and mother in law. The shipping of the items was timely and they arrived without issues to the frames. The setup of the frame with the app was very easy and user friendly. We had photos on their frames within minutes of beginning the setup. The screen quality is great and the quality of the picture is unchanged from the taken device to the display on the frame. We love the Aura frames!

So far so good. Bought a frame for my Mother and she loves it so far, been great to share photos with her just by tapping through a few apps on my phone.

The whole family got to share in this one. It was a big hit with mom (and dad) and the pictures just keep getting added. Setup was super easy and uploading pictures was even easier.

The frame was easy to order and easy to set up as a gift for someone else as well as for myself. The grandparents enjoy seeing all their grandchildren and great grandchildren. They say that they sit an watch it for hours. I am so glad that I received as a gift and could then give as a gift myself.

Easy to use

Love this product. Easy to use and beautiful pictures but wish the actual frame didn’t look so cheap. Also, I bought the most expensive frame thinking it’d have the most options but the cheapest frame actually has the best technology allowing 2 vertical pictures side by side. Instead this one just crops the vertical picture.

My experience with Aura was terrific especially the support I received from Matthew at Aura Customer Care. The Frame is terrific, but I had problems setting it up. Thanks to Matthew's expertise, patience, and excellent communication skills I am now up and running and delighted with my Frame. I would enthusiastically recommend it.
