We love the Aura frames. It has closed the distance between loved ones with the ability to upload pictures in a snap and share. The only negative is that Aura only has one size available in the all the frames they offer. Other companies have larger sizes available and that would be ideal (for old eyes to see across the room better). Even with that though we would still definitely recommend Aura frames.

My experience with Aura has been wonderful! There was a (shipping) issue initially that was resolved promptly and Customer Service was so very helpful! My mom LOVES her new frame! It's so fun and easy to load pictures, plus the whole family gets to participate and enjoy it!

I bought two frames (one for my 82 year old Mom and one for my 83 year old Mother-in-Law). Both of them found the frames easy to set up and love seeing new photos from their grandchildren. This is a nice way for everyone to update each other rather than facebook. I know my Mom has spent a few hours watching the photos go by.

Our (not tech savvy) families had an easy time setting up the frames and really enjoy having them! I had some issues with placing an order with multiple shipping addresses and accounts, they were very responsive and helpful!
