We love the frame but I wish it could sort out duplicates, and make it easier to arrange photos into albums or themes.

Lot of problems trying to upload photos. Keep getting messages that file type not supported. Some transfers cause endless loops on frame. Other times the Aura app accepts the photos but then says it can’t upload so try again. Very difficult to get old photos from PC to Aura app. Limited guides don’t track app screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought 3 frames for my not so tech experienced family for Christmas. The set up was easy and the app. was user friendly! My family members love it and my siblings and family friends are easily able to add photos! So happy with my purchase!

A gift for my 85 year old mother-in-law, with out of state family - she loves seeing all the pictures from her everyone. The frame was easy to set up over the phone between the two of us! I believe she will really enjoy this gift.
