Great product and great customer service

I received my first frame as a gift, and loved it from the beginning. First, of all, the frames are beautiful! They have graceful and sculptural lines; they do not look like a piece of electronics at all. Secondly, they are easy to set up and add photos. It is also easy to invite others to add photos to your frame. Lastly, when, after several years of use, the frame developed connectivity issues, the company's customer service worked with me to resolve the issue. They were friendly and helpful. Since I loved my frame so much, we've given Aura frames as gifts.

Ok but key features missing

The pic look so good and great convenience to emIl photos. Bery disappointed that cannot skip back or forth ro a pic and have to await the entire rotation. At this point i assumed that would be doable. .
