Great product with one flaw

Great frame with one annoying flaw. If you touch the touchbar on the top to scroll through the photos, it will heart photos. (It’s supposed to be a double tap, but I found it way too sensitive.). There’s not a way to turn off hearting the photos, which is super annoying.
Otherwise, app works well and it was a super easy set up.

Best. Gift. Ever.

I gifted the Aura to my friends who are expecting their first grandchild. We opened and loaded it OURSELVES, without help from anyone at all. (That's saying a lot as I'm the youngest at 65.) It was loaded the night before the baby shower and everyone loves sharing pics and seeing the new ones. A fun and lasting gift for all involved! Woohoo!

Easy Way to Share Photos with Grandparents

We've purchased a frame for 4 sets of grandparents. They love them. We love them. It's easy to add photos. It's fun to see photos that other people who have access have shared. The app is user-friendly and fairly intuitive. All around great gift option always.

Christmas Gift

I ordered two Frames and one was delivered as expected and the second one had the incorrect address on it. I was a little nervous, but I emails Aura and Whitney took care of me and we already have the order. I will say it said it was delivered on December 7 and it just arrived at my home one December 9th. Not sure what is going on with the deliveries..But I am please thank you.
