I would not have been able to set it up myself, but luckily my son was there for Christmas. My mother said they enjoy the pictures so much and love the surprise when new ones show up.

Aura is so well packed and easy to use. We have 10 members on the frame and grandma gets fresh picture constantly. Couldn’t be happier. So impressed with Aura

Christmas gift for In-laws

My mother in law loves this frame we gave her for Christmas. The gift option setup was a nice feature, but also brought significant disappointment for my husband and I. I had my sister in laws add to the frame prior to Christmas. Unfortunately I was so disappointed when my in-laws opened the gift Christmas morning, connected to Wifi and no message popped up and only a handful of pictures were cycling of the 150+ we had taken the time to add. Needless to say, I spent almost two hours on Christmas Day trying to figure out why the other pictures were not showing. That was time lost that I should have been spending with family. For the cost of the frame and the time my other family members took to sift through their pictures, I was disappointed that the gift giving part of it was a flop. Additionally, we did a reset and lost all of the uploads we made for the gift setup. I ended up having to ask my sister in laws to go through their pictures again...embarrassing that I had to waste their time uploading pictures again. If I had to recommend this product, I would have to say “maybe” or “yes” but with hesitations.
