I love these frames. However, I bought the frame with sound snd have been very disappointed to find the sound only works when I touch the top of the frame!!! I should have a choice as to if I want to hear the audio

Fabulous product, great customer support! Ordered two last year, one for my elderly parents and one for us. We were able to send photos directly to their frame during our Alaska vacation daily, which they really enjoyed! Giving them to our 3 children this year.

A Carver Frame was gifted to my wife and I as a wedding present. We have uploaded hundreds of photos of various things since we have received it and I find myself often watching it while hanging out in the living room. I purchased 3 of them for Christmas this year and will be giving one to each of my parents and my mother in law. I’m sure they will enjoy it as much as I do. Thanks for helping re-live all the good times Aura!

This is the third Aura we’ve bought for friends and family. I like the fact that it’s not an Alexa that happens to show pictures and that you don’t interact with it via voice. It looks like a proper photo frame and doesn’t scream “HEY LOOK AT ME I’M HOT TECH”. Also neat is that you can pull in others to add photos to your frame.

Great experience My son purchased me one for Christmas last year and we love it, and now I purchased one for my daughter for Christmas. Fun to sit at the kitchen table and watch all these wonderful memories come up!
