Customer service helped me get a frame in time for a special gift when my order didn’t ship right away. They were quick to offer a solution that met my needs and were very kind. My parents and in-laws now have a frame and both are enjoying them so much. Thank you!

Wonderful frame

This was a gift for my Mom so that her grandchildren could share pictures with her. She loves the frame. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was difficulty with setting it up. I do think, however, that our problems were mostly due to by Mom's slow wifi.

I was given Aura picture frame for Christmas. I have enjoyed seeing pictures of my children and grandchildren throughout the day. Was a great gift and easy to use.

This is the best gift! My mom loves all the photos that her family members magically add via the app. This allows frequent surprises. I fear she just sits there staring at all the fun photos instead of doing anything else productive. She’s super picky about quality of items and this frame fits into her home beautifully!

We bought a frame for my parents and a frame for my in-laws. It has been the best gift we have ever given. We can upload pictures anytime and the grandparents can see recent pictures of the kids and their events. Its a great way to stay current and active since we don't live close to each other. The set up was very easy and we haven't had any problems as of yet. Customer service has also been great when we have had questions. There was a surge of uploads on Christmas so it was slow to get stuff uploaded but customer service was communicative. Overall great gift!

Easiest Setup

We gave this frame as a gift for Christmas and could not believe how easy it was to set up! The only issue was figuring out how to change the settings so the pictures would rotate automatically, but once we got that, there were no other issues. We also ordered a digital frame from a different brand, thinking the app would be more difficult for that person, and it was significantly more difficult to set up. I wish we had bought all Aura frames instead!
