I had some issues in the beginning where II have had an extremely positive experience with Aura. Their service was nonstop. I had some issues in the beginning where I thought it wasn’t shuffling all the pictures I had loaded equally. We went through a number of different necessary troubleshooting steps and eventually they replaced my frame. I still wish it would shuffle the more as I feel like there are many I am not seeing it but again, I would recommend them to anyone and the quality of the pictures on the frame is.

People are easily sharing life events that scroll continuously and have far more impact than just receiving a text with a picture attached. We absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My frame was not working correctly and after several trouble shoots they replaced my original one. As well they were able to retrieve all my pictures. Excellent service. Could not have asked for more.
