Perfect Gift!

I first saw the Aura frame at a Christmas exchange at my in-laws. I knew I HAD to get it for my parents! They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren who all live away from them. Everyone received their email invitation to send pictures and within a couple days, had over 300 pictures posted to the frame for my parents to view daily. My dad has even posted pictures to the frame that we can see from the app on our phones. This has been the perfect gift! Highly recommend!

Love this Frame!

I originally bought this frame for my mother for a gift. I liked how easy the sharing was and how storage was not an issue. It is also amazing how you can give a "gift frame" preloaded with photos - awesome feature. My sister and the grandkids love to put photos on Grandma's frame. Then I got a frame for my husband when my daughter and I were traveling in Europe and he couldn't be with us. We posted photos in real time. This is the first frame where I love the quality of the wood frame and the high quality, non glare screen. I've now got one frame for portraits and one for landscapes and they have added so much to our living space. My daughter and I love taking artistic shots or even photos of her artwork to "frame". thanks, Aura, for a great product!

Concern About Sharing Photos ?

We love the frame, but is there a way to avoid uploading ALL of our photos from our photo app into your database/cloud? We are concerned about the sharing of photos where we may have sensitive material, so am wondering if we can transfer photos from our devices to the frame in another way. Please advise.

Frame lives up to expectations

Loving the frame I got for my dad for Christmas. It’s tough for him to keep up on social media with his daughters and grandkids so the frame is a perfect way for him to feel connected. We also load old photos which are usually stuck in a box and never seen. So happy with the purchase.

The concept is great for me and my family as we live abroad and share pictures with family in the US. The app is very easy to use and convenient. The frame and the images are very good quality.

Screen is foggy

I’ve had a great experience with Aura and have purchased about 5 more for family members. My frame is about 2 years old and the left hand side of the screen is all foggy. Is there something that can be done for this? What is your warranty? Thanks. Also - is there any way an owner can shuffle the pictures?
