Aura is an easy set up and connection to all your family ! You can share photos on each other’s frame. Clear pictures , easy set up , and if you have a problem Aura backs your purchase and helps with your set up!!

Great gift

I bought an Aura frame for a family Christmas gift last year. We had a little trouble initially getting photos to upload, but customer service helped us to work it out. Now we love it so much that I’ve bought two more Carver frames for the grandparents and am considering a third for another family member. They make great gifts—it’s especially cool that you can preload them with pictures before you give them, and invite other family members to do the same.

Carver frame purchased as a Christmas present.

With a little encouragement from my grandson, I was able to set up the new Aura as a present with an included message and several family photos. The Aura app was basically quite easy to use and direction were easy to follow. My wife and I were presented with an Aura frame last Christmas by our two grandsons and their spouses and we have been very satisfied with the product and wanted to pass it on to my brother and sister-in-law this coming Christmas.

Overall experience is good. I’ve order one for each set of grandparents. This is personally my second. After a few years having the original product it would not longer connect to our home wifi. I tried all the trouble shooting and still didn’t work so I broke down and bought another.
