I purchased an Aura frame when my grand daughter was born. My kids were sending a ton of pictures via text message and I had them saved on my phone, not enjoying them. After researching Aura frames and the safety behind how they store my pictures, I bought my first frame. I set the timer to start displaying pictures at 6pm, so we can enjoy them all evening. The kids now load pictures right to the frame with an easy to use app and I get a notification when they load new pictures. I absolutely love this frame and bought 2 more: 1 for great grandma and one for the new parents.

Excellent. I had a problem with my Aura frame (several years past warranty) & sought help online. The response was prompt & clear. We tried a few things to revive it but in the end I needed a new frame. I was assisted via email with ordering the frame online & assured about not losing my photos. The new frame arrived quickly & after getting it online, a single message to customer service got the photos restored. Very easy. Could not have asked for better service!
