I purchased the Aura for a xmas gift and was unable to set up due to technical issues that I was unaware of until my email was replied to many days post submitting therefore upsetting. Now that it works I like it very much and would like better if able to have the pictures more at a pace faster than 15 seconds like 10 seconds even. I wasn't aware that light needs to be in the room for the pictures to show and not liking that feature very much as would like to see the pictures all times the frame is plugged in. A few pictures don't change position to display in the position the frame is in which I thought it would. Also I had a difficult time finding how to contact for assistance, phone number not easy to find. thank you for listing

Amazing Quality and functionality!

We gave the Aura Mason frame as a Christmas gift and the whole family has enjoyed adding pictures to the frame. The app and frame settings are easy to handle, and the picture quality is spectacular. Now we have to get one for ourselves!

I was nervous about the price, but this has been completely worth it. The whole experience has been fantastic. Great, responsive customer service, fast and easy ordering and shipping process, simple for a variety of family members to set up and understand, and the app is what really sets this product apart. Couldn't recommend it more!

I believe I’ve already sent you a review, but incase you didn’t receive it,I will tell you again that I love my Aura frame. I’ve loaded tons of pictures on it and have sent links to children and grandchildren, looking forward to their additions.I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Aura is easy to set up and easy to add pictures to. I love seeing new pictures that our kids upload, especially since we live away from them. It works well.

You all are top of the list. Love how easy it is to set up and to add new photos. I have purchased 3 frames and we all share photos so easily. It is so much fun. Highly recommend you and I have told all my friends!
