Aura frames are the best! Such high quality, beautiful frames and crystal clear pictures, so easy to use. Highly recommend!! Our family now has three (3!) of them. And I’m sure we’ll get more as gifts.

Wonderful device, but be aware of current privacy controls

We received our Aura frame as a gift and really like it. Our friends keep posting photos of themselves and their kids, which is a great way to stay connected. We also post some of our own photos. We placed our Aura in the kitchen so we get to see all those wonderful moments. It brings us a lot of joy.
The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is the lack of controls for limiting the access others have. When we invite someone to post photos to our frame (a member), they have the same access rights as we have. That means they can see every photo that was sent to the frame and they can even change the frame’s configuration. I reached out to Aura about this. The support representative said that they plan to make the access rights of members more configurable sometime in the future. Until that time I can only give 4 stars.

I bought my Aura months ago & was thrilled with it. I had an occasion to thank 3 of my hostesses with their own Auras. They are all happy & excited with their gifts!!! Thank you for making memories memorable!!!

I like Aura frames product. I use it for my showroom and I can be onsite, take a picture and load it right there. My daughter got one for my wife and she absolutely loves it.

We purchased this frame for my mother, who is in her eighties. She has 9 children and 4 great grandchildren. She loves being able to see all of the pictures without having to go on social media! We highly recommend this for anyone at any age!

Third purchase of an Aura frame

Overall good. Just wish the manual gave more specific directions on how to transfer pictures from an old aura frame to a new aura frame. Or is it done automatically? How can I get single photo pictures versus split screen with double photos?
The manual was straight forward for new users, but no so user friendly for existing customers setting up a new frame.
