Fabulous Way To Build & Share Memories

We love our Aura. It was a gift from our daughter & son-in-law & it is one that keeps on giving. We love looking across the room & seeing images that make us smile. It is the perfect compliment to anyone with a phone that takes high quality pictures. The idea of being able to update & expand our ever growing collection of photos is super & a clever option.As they say, ‘a picture is worth a thousand words.’ Each individual photo is a story unto itself & all are evocative of moments in time that we cherish. Brilliant device & an amazing gift. We love ours so much that we have gifted people who are special to us with the Aura.

Nice frame but missing a few features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up is easy but it is missing the ability to shorten the display time. 15 seconds is a long time when you’re showing someone a slideshow. It should be adjustable down to 5 seconds like the Nixplay. Also it would be helpful to have separate albums to choose from depending on what you want to display that day

Joy and pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were given one frame as a gift and we liked it so much we bought a second one for another room in our home. Only complaint: synching photos so that both frames have the same pictures is not easily accomplished (unless you are the person who uploaded the pictures to begin with). This is super frustrating. But the frame is great and we enjoy them very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] too many of the advertised features are explained on the website as not yet possible. the web uploader needs a lot of improvement - as it is, the frame is basically only an instagram feed. unfortunately we bought too many early on to switch to a different platform.

Not ideal with iphone albums.

However the app is inconsistent auto uploading from icloud albums, sometimes taking more than a week to show new pictures (even when making sure I follow all of the steps/settings). The support team has been good on keeping me updated on this and I hope there is a fix soon.
