It is so easy to set up and all of Moms kids and grandkids send her photos straight to her frame.

Christmas gift

My husband and I moved to a different state away from my mom, so I wanted to get her this awesome gift for Christmas. I was so excited for her to open the present already all set up with the welcome message! I followed the directions in the email for gift set up once I placed my order. When she opened it on Christmas there was nothing on the screen. Turns out the # on the frame and the # of the frame I set up in the email were different...so bottom line their gift set up didn’t work and we spent an hour trying to re-download the app and get everything to work the way it was suppose to. Kind of a let down.But all in all it’s a nice gift and it’s cool that we can upload photos to it from a different state.

We allll love our Aura photo frame! I have one, my mother and father have one, and I just purchased one for my mother-in-law! We all live in different states and it’s wonderful sending pictures to their Aura!! I look at the frame all the time in anticipation of the next new picture of my nieces and nephews, family and and friends! It’s an awesome concept and helps keep the whole family and my friends connected every day!! You’re missing out if you don’t have one!!

The perfect gift

We purchased two of these frames for Christmas gifts this year. We are first time Aura frame users. Upon receipt of the packages, we simply opened the box, plugged in the frame, downloaded the app, and started uploading photos on the frames. We did all is this before Christmas because we wanted to make sure that the gifts were ready to enjoy, from the minute they were opened. The process was so simple and straightforward and both of the frames were so enjoyable to watch. All three of our adult children commented that we definitely needed to purchase one of the frames for our own home, because it brought such delight to the viewers eyes and so much warmth to the remembering heart. The frames are well made and with several models and styles to choose from, they are a beautiful addition to any home, office, or dorm decor. The Aura frame is the perfect gift!!!

For the Grandfather that has “everything”

Excellent! This was for my dad who lives in Germany, in a another time zone. Rather than just texting our photos, my brother and I can now send them directly to his new frame. He loves it! Easy to use and easy to set-up.

Gift frame for grandparents-brought 2 for gifts

Perfect gift...brought 2 frames one for each set of grandparents. They love it. Set up as a gift so pictures were on the frame when it arrived...Set up was easy for them. They love seeing new photos of grandkids as well as ones from years back. Photos look great! Sharing the link to others was easy. We did have an issue with all photos not displaying but I contacted customer service via email and received a response quickly stating there was a server issue and it corrected itself with a few hours. Over I am satisfied with the purchase and may even get myself one

Very well made profound with Super easy set up use. The grandmothers love watching the picture changes. All the family members asked for access so they can add pictures as well.
