Above and beyond customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sent my mother a frame for Christmas. She was ecstatic and loved that all of her children and grandchildren could upload their pictures. Unfortunately it died after six weeks of continual operation. But she called them and they sent her a new one within two days! They sent her a return box to return her old one for free! All she did was plug in her new one and there were all of her pictures.

It is so easy to upload new pictures as they become available. This is really nice when you have babies in the family that you want to watch closely as they grow.
