My brother and I Love this frame for keeping in touch w our mom. So easy to send her pics of her grandchildren. Amazing product! Have told friends.

Easy ordering and setup, great customer service, grandparents love it

Placing the orders was pretty simple, though I had some issues due to the addresses of my individual recipients and Aura customer service was quick to help. I live overseas and being able to easily share grandkid and other photos with just grandparents is a constant struggle -- Aura makes it easy. The app is easy to use. Within the app you can set up multiple frames and see what photos are in each frame's "stream". The recipient does need to download the app to set up the frame, but after that they don't have to do anything unless they want to add photos themselves -- some recipients will want to do this, others may not. Highly recommend.

I've given this frame to my elderly mother and One to my step-father. It allows them to stay updated on their Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. The quality is amazing. I live that I can use one app to update my frame and theirs.

I got this for my parents and it was a hit. Whenever we go on vacation everyone has different great pictures on their phone and now we can enjoy them all in one place! Definitely will be purchasing another.

We received our frame only 2 days ago, and we are really enjoying it so far. It is very well made, very easy to set up and the quality of the images is very good. I do wish I could manage the frame from a desktop browser. I keep a lot of my pictures on a remote hard drive. So it would be much easier. I would also want the ability to manage each member to only manage the pictures that they add. And allow the “managing member” to have overall control. I would like the ability to have it show the pictures chronologically or a shuffle mode. Overall we love the product and would highly recommend it!
