[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as I have so many photos I want to display of my kids thinking this would be a good option. It’s has some nice features. Several people can add photos. Send them wirelessly to the frame. You can have multiple frames.
Here is my beef on why lower score. I have 140 photos currently in my frame. I continue to see the same 30photos. I click the photo to show now on the frame and then it becomes in rotation. It should start with photo 1 then 2 and 3 keep going until 140
And start over. If going to pick random photos it should pick all photos randomly 1 time before going back to ones if started with. So basis of my review awesome concept but not fully functioning in showing all your photos. Tend to see same ones over and over and don’t see others. Big disappointment!!

Their customer service reps were quick and friendly when I had mistyped my shipping address. My only complaint is that the initial setup is difficult if you don't have an iPhone. All in all though, I love this product and will definitely be buying another in the future!

One thing is the risk of the company going under and the help articles arent specific about how the frames will operate in that case since its entirely cloud based.
