No scramble feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally we love the idea. I find myself watching it like great TV viewing!
However, I find that each evening I see the same pics about the same time popping up. It’s loosing its appeal for that reason. I would hope that in the future you would develop a “scramble” feature like other product models I’m finding out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aura is a great product and a fabulous app. It is so easy and fun to use. We purchased the frame as a grandparent gift but it so fun for all of the families to see pictures of each other in the app :)

Perfect Gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My siblings and I went in on this frame for my Mom’s Christmas present. She is 88 and LOVES the frame. She is living with one of my sisters right now and I had the frame sent to my sister. She said it was easy to set up. The rest of us had already sent pictures to the frame ahead of time. Every time I call my mom she tells me the picture showing at the moment. =) Also, due to Covid-19 she couldn’t make it to her grandsons wedding this past January. I was able to send pictures right from the wedding to her frame! My mom loves her family and this frame was the perfect gift for her. She sees the pictures of her kids and grandkids all day long. She said the pictures are very clear and the frame is big enough for her to easily see.
Ordering the frame was a smooth & positive experience. Once it was ordered I received emails confirming the order, that is had shipped and when it arrived at my sisters. It was very timely. Again, my sister (not tech savvy) said it was easy to set up.
My friend ended up buying his mom one after hearing me talk about it.

Great digital frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice frame. The addition of pictures from the app is very useful. We got as gifts to family and were able to pre-load pictures for arrival. When portrait pictures show up, they combine 2 pictures side by side, which is nice. Would recommend

Was a 5 star but some bugs popped up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AT first the frame was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Then I found out that those who I invite to share photos on my frame can also edit them and access the settings. There is no way to ONLY have them post photos. Then another problem happened. The time that I have the frame set to go on and off is in some random timezone or something because it does not turn off and on at the time it is where I am (what I have it set at). One more thing, the photos that I upload show up perfectly sized in the app but on the frame they are zoomed in. Some photos only show an arm or a tree but when you look at it on the app it is perfect. Customer support is aware but has not offered any suggestions on this yet. Hope that maybe mine is just a dud and I can get a replacement or an update or something so that it will be a 5 star again.
