[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Customer service is phenomenal. The frame we got in was glitching and we sent a quick email and within 4 days the new frame came in! My mom LOVES it and its a great way for her to keep up with her granddaughter and for me to surprise her with pictures. It makes her day :) Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given an Aura by my kids and I truly love the ease of use, the quality of how our photos look. I spend countless minutes in front of it! Loved it so much- I bought one for my Mom, and a second one for my son. In addition, my sister in law loved it so much- she bought one too! If you love your family and want to share photos- this is the best frame and app to do it with!

Great and easy to use

It's great because others can use the app to add pictures remotely - quick and easy to use, plus it looks great (not like an iPad on a stand). It has a few smart features that really put it over the top. Definitely a worthwhile gift!

Good but could use improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like it and the app is easy to use. The picture quality is also nice. The main issues are the aspect ratio is 16:10 which is not a standard aspect ratio for most photos. Also, the frame has no local memory or the ability to store pictures on a flash drive or SD card. It would also be nice if photos could be tagged like Christmas, Family, Vacation, etc. so the frame could display photos with a particular tag and you could switch up which photos you see. Overall it is nice and better than most of the competition but could definitely be improved.
