This couldn't be easier to use and set up. I love the picture quality and seeing all my photos. Bought one for my Mom for Christmas and liked it so much I got one for my home too.

Love this frame and all it’s capabilities, i just wish i could add photos from my MacBook too without having to send to my phone. Seems as if the app is not compatible with Mac book. Again, I LOVE THIS FRAME!!!!!

Awesome product, the picture quality is absolutely life like! This was a Christmas present for my daughter Jamie and she absolutely loves everything about it. I have two other daughters who now want the same thing...ugh!PS: Can you offer me a discount on 2 more purchases?

I really like the product but I can't give it 5 stars. I feel given the premium price I'd assume some things that aren't there or should behave differently.1) Picture transition animations can be choppy (like they are on cheaper frames). This was a pretty big disappointment actually and the last thing I expected given the cost of the frame.2) There is only one type of picture transition. I would have assumed there would have been at least a fade transition option or even an option for no transition animation at all. I understand the touch bar picture next/previous gesture at top of the frame matches the built in transition, but, I'd still use a different one.3) There are no options for random display order, or even the ability to simply randomize the pictures.4) I have no idea what "Smart" slideshow is. It only describes it as "Aura will take cues from its environment to change photos". Yet, when we try it, it get stuck on a single picture forever. It would be great to know what should be expected when using it.
