My overall experience with Aura has been good. I did the gift set up. That didn't work for me, but a very polite Aura rep was able to walk me through how to add a "new frame" to my account. Once we got it all linked up, the pictures we had already added began to display. We got one frame for my in-laws since they have 6 kids & 15 grandkids, & sent invites to all. Now Opi & Omi can see pics of the family sent from all over the country without leaving their living room. We got one for our family too!

Need to be able to upload photos from a computer!

We LOVE our Aura frame! It is pretty and easy to use. We give 4 stars because there needs to be a way to upload photos that are saved are on a computer or external hard drive (through the website). It would also be nice if there was an option for the photos to go in order or be set to show randomly.

I gave it to my granddaughter and her husband for Christmas they loved it. My other two grandchildren told me they also would like one for Christmas so I may be purchasing two more this year. My granddaughter also said their visitors ask where did she get it because they are also interested in purchasing AURA frame.

It was a fun gifting experience that keeps on giving. I love having all of our family who's usually abroad continually upload photos to the frame for our parents while we're away.

As a former professional film photographer, I’ve never had an affinity for digital frames, preferring old-school prints and albums. I discovered Aura after my daughter received one as a gift before moving to Germany and it was SO fun to be able to share photos from a distance, and the quality of her frame was unlike anything I’d ever seen before. Classy, bold, and beautiful. I loved it so much that I purchased one for my parents (who are 1100 miles away) as a Christmas gift. And I was, once again, beyond impressed - as were they. From the order to the super-quick delivery to the set up, I was extremely happy with both the product and the process.
