[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Customer service is great. My frame died and they replaced it. Picture resolution is great. I just wish you could have folders so that you could manage the pictures you see more often:) Sometimes you see the same ones over and over again.

Best thing I’ve bought in over a year

This picture frame simply is the best. Easy to upload pictures and enjoy them throughout the day. We catch ourselves stopping and staring at frame, then reminiscing about “how amazing that time was...” etc etc.
