This is a great frame!

I bought two frames this holiday for the aging parents. I set one up as a gift (so easy!), and I called customer service to ask a question about internet connection for the other one because my dad doesn’t have a smart phone. They were super helpful. While I had to get someone to come over and set up the frame for him with a smart phone, the whole process couldn’t be easier for EVERYONE who wants to share photos. The app is super easy to use, the frames are high quality, the picture resolution is great. WE ARE SUPER HAPPY! Love you AURA!!!!!!!

Very happy parents from overseas

I live in Denmark, and my parents live in the USA. I bought them Aura so that I can update the frame with photos of my life over here, so they can see what I'm up to. They had some trouble setting up the frame (only the same 12 or so photos were in the feed, rather than the full 90 uploaded), but after a while, and some frustrated messages from the USA, we managed to figure it out. They love it now and I make sure to update a new photo every other day or so to make us feel a bit more connected :)

Great gift for new grandparents

Very easy to set up before gifting to new grandparents. I was even able to set up their WiFi before they got it home. All they had to do was plug it on and pictures of their grandsons (in AZ and MI) started rolling right away. It's a simple way to share pics right away and I'm constantly getting excited texts about what new pictures showed up that day

I purchased one for a gift and I loved it so much I bought one for myself. I love how easy it is to add pictures to it and display pictures from the APP to the frame. I bought one for my Mom for Christmas and she loves it as well.

Glitchy getting it set up. Before I knew it, I had a folder and some pictures in the account. The instructions for removing folder did not work. I ended up setting up a different account. I was under the gun as I was only at my mom’s for the day and wanted it set up and running before I left. Overall she is very happy and so am I. I do not understand how it picks the pictures to show, as it often picks 2-3 that it repeats before moving on. Nice quality, and great screen.
